  • Generate profitable sales and develop long term business;
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers and partners;
  • Develop an accounts strategy and drive the implementation of it. Identify products and/or solutions to meet customer needs at optimum profitability;
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Improve customer relationships and build dedication;
  • Manage Sales Opportunities 'end to end' to meet account KPIs;
  • Promote new products, strategic initiatives and solutions.


  • BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar field;
  • Previous experience in selling ICT solutions;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English – knowledge of Albanian is an advantage;
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Capability for working under pressure and short deadlines
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Driving license category B

Level of experience expected:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales
