Information for Visitors

We are pleased to welcome you at Kontron MK. We kindly ask you to follow the information and instructions below during your stay with us.

Please register daily at the reception desk in (name of the street, address) every time you visit us! Your contact person will pick you up there.

You will receive a visitor badge at the reception. Please carry this badge visibly with you during your whole stay at Kontron MK!

Sign up daily at the beginning of your visit in our guestbook and sign out again when you leave Kontron MK! The guestbook is available at the reception desk.

Move around in the buildings only accompanied by an employee of Kontron MK, preferably your contact person! An exception to this is the use of sanitary facilities.

Please refrain from taking photographs, film and sound recordings in the buildings and on the premises of Kontron MK! Any exceptions require the express approval of Kontron MK.

Laptop and other own electrical equipment,

Please connect only intact devices to the power supply system of Kontron MK that are electrically tested in accordance with the legal requirements! Please note that your laptop is an electrical device as well.

Kontron MK provides its guests with a guest access for wireless Internet. The instructions for use are available in the meeting rooms.

Please refrain from any connection of your equipment with the Kontron MK network! The network sockets in both buildings may only be used by employees of Kontron MK.

In case of an alarm, leave the buildings immediately via the marked escape routes!

If you have any questions, simply ask your contact person. He will help you immediately.
