Local technical support – 24/7 Professional services ensure added value to the customer who provides its services to the end user. Professional services include consulting, project management and extensive technical support subject to the terms and conditions of a special written agreement between the parties.
Professional services consist of three main areas:
- planning (definition of network services, network architecture, network dimensioning, strategic studies for solutions/business models, technical solution),
- consulting (consulting in project planning, configuration of products and services, designing and planning of network, planning of applications),
- advanced support (project management, technical support, emergency service, remote access, tests of interoperability of operators, protocols or equipment).
Managed services include the First Line Support (FLS) as local technical support 24/7, i.e., daily management and/or maintenance of active and passive equipment.
